Shipping and delivery
Any item you order from us will be delivered to your doorstep.
Every single piece is packed securely and leaves our warehouse within 2 working days. Each shipment is insured for the amount. We work exclusively with professional shipping service providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, DHL Express or Kuehne & Nagel.
Shipping
The shipping costs are automatically added to your shopping cart.
If you don't see the shipping price, please contact us to calculate the daily shipping price.
We will be happy to meet your delivery request if it is made at a later date. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
The delivery times
External influences can delay national and international deliveries.
With tracking, you can track every shipment online.
Germany 2 – 5 working days
Europe 4 - 12 business days
United States 5-20 business days
Rest of the world 5 – 21 business days
Please ask us about express delivery or warehousing.
Deliveries of forwarding shipments will be coordinated with you directly with the forwarding company.
Duties
Please note that depending on the place of delivery/country, import duties will be charged - this usually applies to all non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway + rest of the world).
We automatically create all the necessary customs documents to ensure a smooth process. The delivery service or the forwarding agent will then contact you directly by telephone or e-mail for customs clearance.
Return
You can return a delivered item to us within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the return transport costs are to be borne by the buyer.
Of course we are at your disposal for further questions before, during and after the purchase!
